LZ有冬天回中国计划，目前想法是从SFO/YVR/LAX起飞经过HND/NRT回TAO。刚刚给ANA打电话想查一下WL多长，结果被ANA客服警告说我不应该有这么多Reservations (排了10个)。
原话如下
客服: “I see this happening all the time… You are only supposed to have one reservation/itinerary but not 10…”
我: “To confirm, do you mean I am not able to clear any of them? These are of different destinations and starting airports.”
客服: “But they are going to one destination and with similar time, so they are considered duplications.”
我: “So what is gonna happen? I know that I probably can only get one reservation cleared and I will cancel the others. Isn’t that what you mean?”
客服: “No. It’s just you are not supposed to do that. You only have miles to cover one of them not 10.”
我: “I understand that. If I get one of them cleared, I will cancel all others. Do you mean it is just not possible for me to clear any one of them if I do this?”
客服: “No. The possibility is the same. You are just not supposed to do this. You should have miles enough for all 10 so that you should be waitlist for all of them.”
我: “Okay… But why the website allows me to do it anyways?”
客服: “Yeah the website allows you to do this, but it does not mean you are supposed to have this many wls.”
总结一下，客服就是说我“不应该”WL这么多Reservations，但是这么做不仅ANA网站允许，而且不会影响每一个Reservation被clear的概率（简单来说就是不影响任何事情?）。我理解客服的意思是“ANA不允许这么做，你应该有足够里程才能排这么多而不是用满足一个的里程排10个，我这么做属于crack the code (破坏规则/擦边球)“。可是大家都这么做啊不然你ANA多放点座位我们也不至于这样。。。
Also, 所以现在知道这么做属于违反规则。这么做有没有被ANA封号的风险啊…
（属于是我打电话让她警告我是吧）。下次还是找中国客服了。
根本出不来多个reservation被clear的状况 大多数情况(对我来说)都是所有reservation没有一个被clear…
