在加拿大工作时公司给办了CEC，之后抽到H1b就回美国工作了。今天律师发来IRCC的信，“Your application for permanent residence is now ready for finalization pending the confirmation of your permanent residence status…”
要确认现在是否人在加拿大，并提供加拿大地址。
貌似如果说实话的话，就只能withdraw application了。咋办？

旅游签入境并用portal确认
如果没有的话可以拿copr去口岸
短期要拿copr的话，好像只能说假话自己现在在加拿大了……被发现的可能性大吗？
信里说“If you are currently outside Canada, you cannot be landed using the Permanent Resident Portal (PR Confirmation). It is important that you let us know when you are planning on returning to Canada by replying to this email. Further instructions will be sent to you.” 如果说现在不在加拿大的话，貌似只能等入境以后再联系IRCC

我没有旅游签，只有25年到期的工签（今年10月刚刚转回美国同一家公司），不知道还能不能用。入境的话等拿到CoPR再回美国？不知道要等多久
CEC没有规定获批时必须在加拿大。回复email说不在加拿大境内，就会走境外贴签流程。

入境确认人在境内你就是pr了
CBSA有权利在边境在没有小签的情况下发出visitor record，放你进去确认就好了
好多人拿到了一天的VR进去确认的
那会导致需要在美国把护照寄来寄去然后等个大半年

是的，挺tricky的（是在同一家公司的美国、加拿大分部之间来回跳……）
入境，回邮件，租ups box，开车回美国，总共六个小时搞掂

在EE申请时，有1年加拿大工作经验，你这方面的分数就加到了。没有保持为该雇主一直工作的义务。
