amex thc上面Andaz 5th Ave有住三送一就定了，找concierge用套房券结果告知third party不能用

Amex的THC价格是有效价格，可以累积积分，但由于走的TA是expedia，所以没有没有积分、房晚。那么自然也就不能用SUA了。

对的，不过是亚洲的酒店，而且酒店最后居然没有识别出thc，说没看到$100, 还要我把预定邮件的term发给他们，弄了半天。

Update: 找了三个客服最后成功改成Andaz Suite, 但是预约单价格变成Suite Standard Rate原价。之前已经prepaid了，估计还要找客服 :yaoming:

我的客服说的是

All of the reservations now show an elevated rate, which is part of the process. Our offline team will adjust the rate at a later date.

同问如果用fhr再用套房券 是不是需要pay later 还是fhr prepaid也可以？
