但是renew，他扣完我钱之后又收到了这个邮件，标题是 GoWild! Renewal Failed to Process。
所以renew失败了为什么还要扣我钱吗？
找信用卡尝试dispute失败了，找客服，没人理我。
事实上去年这个我买了之后一次都没飞过，所以如果真renew了，我也就认了，毕竟我忘了，我努力飞飞，可是renew失败了为什么还要扣我钱，我该怎么找啊…
这为啥会dispute失败呀，这不属于unauthorized charge吗？
amex给我发的消息是说，the merchant states that they could not locate any record of cancellation.In case you have documentation indicating that services were duly cancelled in accordance with the merchants terms, kindly provide us with the information and we will be glad to reopen the investigation for you.
