There’re too many asking for the process so I guess it’s worth a top level comment now.
If you dont currently have a membership, choose New member and sign up for the 7 day free trial, it’ll ask you for the card number to finish sign up and that will enroll the card. You can then cancel the membership before the trial is over and won’t get charged.
During this trial period, you can enroll any other Platinum you have by choosing Current Member. You enter the card details in the next page and that card will be enrolled. The card on file, to be charged for the membership, will change to this new card you put in.
The spa website is different than the gym website. I googled it to get there. Once there, search for the club you want to go and pick your services. You can log in to pre-populate the saved card for reservation, or you can enter in a new card. Once done with the service at the spa, you can tell them to charge to the card you used to reserve, or pay with a new card or split payments into multiple cards (wink wink).
