0. Why do this
iPhone 16系列刚刚发布，应该有很多潭友都在准备撸一波offer（隔壁楼），看到很多潭友准备参加未来的costco活动，比如 @xxxyyy 大佬总结的
我认为先去其他家签合约买新手机，几个月后再到T-Mobile + Costco来cash out是绝佳的组合：
- Activation fee waived ($35 per line)
- Costco Cash Card (Promo) 每条线 $150 到 $250 以cash card 形式回血（需要注意看terms，是否能和下一条k&s同时使用）
- Keep & Switch: T-Mobile 帮你付financed amount up to $800 per line up to 4，形式是reimbursement rebate → 可以Cash out / 无损 ACH 到银行账户，这真是太香了
- (有些银行会识别为来自T-Money 的真DD = 顺便撸个开户奖励）
Redeem Virtual Card → 页面右上角菜单 Transfer funds → Bank transfer 就可以看到ACH选项：
ACH的结果很美好，这里写一下我最近撸iPhone 15 的过程经验和踩的坑，方便大家参考设计几个月后怎么撸iPhone 16。我的DP是一周左右就拿到K&S reimbursement virtual GC了！ 
实战了一波，发现甚至T-Mobile Costco Kiosk 店员都有不清楚的点（后面会说，潜在的坑）。但总的来说对于准备充分的来说人并没有难度很高，而且收益丰厚，还是非常推荐的
前提：哪些Costco里有T-Mobile Kiosk
列表太长了，放在2楼
附近没有Kiosk的潭友注意：光打电话是办不成的（要顾客本人在场/扫描本人实体ID)。实在需要可以顺路撸一下，不建议强撸/被机票酒店反薅
Keep and Switch
- T-Mobile 把你手机分期付款还欠的钱，以virtual gc rebate的形式返还给你，需要 Bring your own device (BYOD)
- 每人最多4条线 / 付4台手机；$800 max each
- 只支持指定的运营商：
- AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Claro, Liberty (Puerto Rico), Xfinity or UScellular
- 只有在这些运营商finance 手机90天及以上才符合要求（“Have a device financing agreement on an eligible device with … and have had the agreement for at least 90 days on that network.”）
- 只有携指定型号的手机转网才支持：
- Apple iPhone: 12 mini, 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, 13 mini, 13, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max, 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max （可以注意到16系列还没有加入）
- Google Pixel: 5, 5a, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7a, 7 Pro, 8, 8 Pro
- Samsung Galaxy: S20, S20 FE, S20+, S20 Ultra, S21, S21 FE, S21+, S21 Ultra, S22, S22+, S22 Ultra, S23, S23 FE, S23+, S23 Ultra, S24, S24+, S24 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Note Series: Note20, Note20 Ultra
- Samsung Galaxy Z Series: Z Flip3, Z Fold3, Z Flip4, Z Fold4, Z Flip5, or Z Fold5
- Motorola Series: Edge, Edge+, Razr or Razr+
Carrier Freedom
- 我没有真正走完流程，我的理解是和上面的K&S不同，CF需要Upgrade eligibility，实际上相当于在T-mobile买一个新手机
- 前面提到有潜在的坑：我提出要转入V和A的几条线做K&S，但Kiosk店员说从AT&T转网不符合K&S，只能做Carrier Freedom，让我trade-in to upgrade；当时觉得没别的路可走就同意了，甚至连买新手机的单都下了，还好最后还有一步是48小时内需要通过邮件签字确认，像这样：
我最后并没有签字，这订单过了48小时自动取消了。我回家后反手自己申请了从AT&T K&S，结果很快（一周时间）就批准了
所以不需要盲目相信店员说的
Costco GC Promo（不一定兼容K&S）
类似这样（直达链接），有的适用三星手机，有的适用苹果手机，每条线回血$150-250 Costco GC也是很可观的
T-Mobile Insider
如果准备长期使用，别忘了问一下能否加上insider code （有的店员根本没有或者用完了；有的店员也许会拿这个做筹码劝你上贵的plan，ymmv）

1. 在家时需要做的准备工作
因为Kiosk 店员需要大量的信息，建议提前准备好以下内容，这样到时候才能有效率的办事：
- 登录现在运营商，下载最新的账单PDF
- （推荐）提前Pay off 手机，解锁 ；我踩了这个坑，直接转出了，结果即使付完全款也无法快速解锁，只能临时尴尬的找了另一个备用手机完成port in
- 跟现运营商要 Transfer/Port-out PIN:
AT&T
AT&T 网页端 或者 myAT&T app → Manage profile → People & Permissions → Transfer phone number → Request a new PIN
Verizon
USMobile
Online Chat → Existing customer → Account information 转人工，简单对话后收一个验证码，然后客服会把Port out info 发到电子邮箱，有效期7天，似乎无法刷新延期
- （如果BYOD）手机的 IMEI 、 IMEI2、EID后四位（如果port 卡住的时候客服手动操作会问这个，在手机设置 → 关于页面能查到）
- （非必须但建议）带上这些手机，因为遇到port 问题（e.g. 没信号显示SOS）可以立刻解决；可以接收客服验证码；可以立刻注册T-Mobile ID
- 解锁 / Unfreeze 信用局账号；虽然是Soft pull 但需要unfreeze。我的DP是不解锁无法继续，解锁后才成功SP了我的TransUnion（YMMV）得以继续
- 过程中需要一个email地址 + 一个联系电话 （可以是转入的号码之一）
打印方便的话，推荐打印一页纸
我的Google Doc模板 建议填入自己的信息、核对无误后，直接打印出来带上这页纸，会省去很多来来回回的查找和确认时间
准备得差不多，要出发了，再次提醒
- 带上驾照/State ID（店员需要扫描你的id，登录订单系统）； 不需要Real ID；不清楚护照行不行
- 不建议中午饭点去，因为kiosk店员on slow days 有一定几率会摆个牌子 （be back in xx hours），去悠哉悠哉吃午饭
- 强烈建议留足时间（至少2小时，建议3小时以上）
- 也许需要排队等Kiosk 店员做完前一单；有些先到的顾客没准备好/非常磨蹭/跟店员battle，很费时间
- 办多条线本身就需要很多时间
- port in number 有可能卡住或出问题，需要Kiosk 店员联系 port center 客服
- 强烈建议独自一人前往，强烈不建议带娃、老人、LD、其他家人
2. 在 Costco 时需要注意的点
- 必须办符合要求的Plan，推荐Go5g plus；可以谢绝Go5g next和其他add-ons
- 在事情办完之前不建议从Kiosk离开，因为Kiosk tablet会time out，店员会换班；不清楚换一个店员会不会需要重来（希望不会）
- 之前打印的有账号信息的纸不要留给店员（特别是如果手机号绑定了银行账号等）
- 如果实在无法完成，需要离开costco改天返回也不是不行，可以留下店员手机号、约好新日期。但记得一旦kiosk通过tablet下单，order date 就确定在下单当天，而不是你后面再返回的日子（别问我是怎么知道的
）
3. 从 Costco 回来需要做什么
【一定要及时提交】Rebates

用t-mobile ID登陆，点continue
dropdown选号码，系统会自动提示哪些promo是符合资格的，比如下图箭头处
- 点击截图里红色箭头所指的相应链接，按照说明一步一步来即可
- 提交时需要填手机号，我的dp：状态通知会发到这个手机上而不是邮箱
- 做K&S submission时，上传的文件需要清楚显示手机号码、型号、还剩多少分期付款；不需要完整的账单；不会严格核对名字（我的DP是有一条线是P2名字也成功了）。建议在电脑端操作
- 做完submission，回到tmo账户设置，记得打开paperless statement + debit card autopay 拿折扣

可选支线任务：Home Internet （推荐）

T-Mobile Internet Contract Freedom（这个任务我没做，不太清楚，但感觉利好地址多、跟现运营商签了有early termination fee条款合同的潭友）
Terms
Here’s how to submit your T-Mobile Internet Contract Freedom Claim
We’ll reimburse your previous internet service provider’s early termination fees when you join T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet- up to $750 via virtual prepaid card. Restrictions apply.
Allow up to 8 weeks.
Step 1: Get a new device and a qualifying plan.
Step 2: Cancel your old internet service.
Step 3: Pay your old Internet Service Provider’s (ISP’s) final bill.
Step 4: Prepare your reimbursement request within 60 days of activation of your T-Mobile internet service. (Activation occurs either at time of purchase or when the gateway is shipped to you).
You’ll need to submit a screen shot or photo of your final bill showing the early termination fee (ETF). The name or address on the bill must match your T-Mobile Account billing information. See FAQs for details before you log in.
Allow up to 8 weeks for reimbursement.
Contract Freedom covers contract related early termination fees.
