看不见remaining statement balance，这到底要不要pay full statement balance

好吧我说的其实就是refund cycling

那么什么refund cycling呢？

比如你有500 statement balance，然后你付不起了，然后你买了一个250的东西，然后退掉，
这时候 remaining statement balance会变成250（被退款 deduct）；
然后你再买，再退
statement balance 清零。
所以实际上，你并没有付钱，但是"statement balance"被清了（虽然你卡上仍然是那个数量的 “current balance”）。这个就叫credit cycling。
