新的商金，给了卡号和临时的CID，但没同时提示set up online account。
欢迎邮件里有一个 set up your online account的链接，点击后重定向到https://www.americanexpress.com/，登录进去看不到新卡。Account Services > Card Management > Add a Card to Online Management，输入卡号和临时CID，返回错误。
找客服加，收到以下回复：
I understand that however to add the card to online account we need the 3 digits code due to security reasons as it is mandatory. So, once the card will be delivered to you, you may contact us, and we will help you in adding the card to online account.
所以只能等实体卡了吗？
