第一次开case，客服说不是给本人预定的，然后拒绝退款。
第二次开case，客服给报销了200，但是post是在01/01/2025，不知道会不会占用2025的额度。Post上写的是 amex fine hotels and resorts 并扣了1000分 
但是邮件里写的是Given the circumstances, we appreciate you as our valued card member and your loyalty. As a result, we have come up with a decision to process a USD 200.00 back to your card as a goodwill compensation and as a sign of our commitment to our partnership. Please note that this amount is not for the USD 200.00 hotel credit but is intended to address the inconvenience you experienced.
