最近开了个usb smartly拿450 bonus，两笔fake dd从boa公司账户push每笔4500。显示category income 所以估计bonus没啥问题只需要等待，现在问题是我想把checking的9k转3k到savings因为savings 一直0元好像可能会关户（？）但是每次转都显示We can’t make any transfers right now because of a tech issue with your account. Please call 800-USBANKS (872-2657) for help.
我打了电话过去他们说过几天就好，但是距离到账已经3工作日了还是不行，有人有类似的问题吗？
还有就是转到savings是否利息会更高？不影响bonus吧？谢谢。

Can you link the savings account from another bank and do a push of $1 there? Heck even the trial deposits should count as activity to avoid it being closed at least soon
Well the main issue still remains, internal transfer wont work lol, trying to see if anyone had similar issues and how they resolved it. I also cant make payment to my usb cc because of this

渣it. 这种无解，我朋友之前也是，打了挺多电话，都是说2-3天解决，每次打都换人，又继续等。说可以了，去试还是转不了，死循环。后面靠外部银行push进去。
不会吧？真就这么垃圾？那我这里面钱也用不了不能还cc？
前几天遇到类似的问题 打客服转到了比较高级的某个部门 可以screenshare操作看问题在哪 搞定了

他是等bonus到帐，就pull走了。然后关户
我应该不pull，因为uar使用频率太高，想留着这样还款秒还额度
具体哪个部门呀？有名字么？我打个电话问问
销户重新开一个账号再连会不会好些？
