如题，有没有朋友咨询过飞美国的航司关于利用报一个暑期学期来获得一个 8/1 之后但尽可能早的开学时间，然后提前30天（也就是最早 7/2 ）入境会不会被航司卡呀？

我今天收到两百年前向广州领馆查询的回复如是说：
If you have a valid F-1 or M-1 visa and your SEVIS status is up to date, you will be able to travel to the United States on your current visa as long as your program begins on August 1, 2021 or later. You do not need to seek an NIE. Please note that you cannot enter the United States more than 30 days prior to the start of your program or the fall semester. This regulation applies to both new students and students who are resuming their academic studies.
如果是这样的话老生通过报summer来达到提前自己学期开始时间回去的这条路就是行不通的…因为I-20 上的program date是第一个学期开始的日期
