老马只是嘴上说支持H1B，实际上还是支持出台更多限制性措施的，我甚至觉得他和Stephen Miller也没什么太大的分歧。

当然是有区别！按 Stephen Miller 的说法，马公公都是被赶的对象。
就H1B本身的话二人都支持提高prevailing wage。其他方面目前暂时有老川居中调停，还不至于演化为公开矛盾。
