应该是我的邮箱地址被人用了。这样的应该怎么办？除了换邮箱之外？

快去改所有有很多点数和分数的账户的密码，加Two step Verification.

Check banks and credit cards, and their reward points: Chase, Amex, Discover, Citi etc
Check Hotel Accounts where you have points: Hyatt IHG Hilton etc
Check Airline accounts where you have miles: AA, United, Delta, Alaska, etc
if you’ve found nothing, CHECK AGAIN.
They don’t spam bomb you for no reason, something MUST HAVE GOTTEN STOLEN

上次遇到的是偷我蓝翔的里程，票买了我及时发现给取消了。
真的不知道是哪个账户 
我所有的航空公司里程最多的是11万但是也就那一个
其他的全用完了
我查了所有能查的账户，都没有任何activity，这咋搞
我是被连续轰炸好几天 第N天的时候alaska账号的邮箱手机被改，然后积分也被盗。

改密码, 全部用这个email的账号都要改, 从最贵重的改到最不值钱的. 从银行开始,then airlines,then hotel websites, then online shopping, etc
also ask yourself: “was I lazy and reused my password across multiple sites”? If the answer is yes, change those first
If you ask me “but monkey bro, I can’t remember all these unique passwords”
Then I answer: “Idiot, use Bitwarden.”
