Notices on Hertz’s websites disclosed the breach to customers in Canada, Australia,
the European Union, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

Hertz also disclosed the breach with several U.S. states, including California and Maine.

看了眼，在hertz唯一留的卡被chase杀了 :troll:

  1. 是2024年底从第三方平台泄漏的
  2. 这一看就不是正常租车的交易数据，怎么会包括 workers compensation claim ？还injury-related information / Medicare or Medicaid ID。瞎猜一下，这是被撞的人claim赔偿的file放在这个平台上。包括信用卡号应该是要承担liability的那方的卡号一起放进file里了。
  3. 已经通知到受害者，只是租过车的人洗洗睡吧，没收到邮件就没事。收到的人估计有钱拿了。
