1. 是2024年底从第三方平台泄漏的
2. 这一看就不是正常租车的交易数据，怎么会包括 workers compensation claim ？还injury-related information / Medicare or Medicaid ID。瞎猜一下，这是被撞的人claim赔偿的file放在这个平台上。包括信用卡号应该是要承担liability的那方的卡号一起放进file里了。
3. 已经通知到受害者，只是租过车的人洗洗睡吧，没收到邮件就没事。收到的人估计有钱拿了。
