GiftCards 的卡是要小心。Vanilla 系列的包括 MasterCardGiftCard.com 好像没这个收费。

今天看了一个好久没用过的gift card，也被收了50多刀的Dormancy Fee
但是：
华盛顿州 RCW 19.240（Gift Certificates Act）

完全禁止 所有礼品卡（含 Visa/Mastercard 等通用预付卡）收取任何服务费或 Dormancy Fee；也禁止到期日

我之后去看看能不能撕回来
