hilton官网也写了这个酒店9/30 不再属于hilton了，估计板上钉钉
你订了什么时候？这个新闻写的hotels set to open at the end of this year, 然后官网写的9/30开始不是hilton了，那是不是就是取消了10.1到年底的预定？
我今年住过kasara 3 晚，建议去住的潭友降低预期。酒店本身服务约等于没有，房间两天一打扫，酒店本身没有公共设施，温泉共用隔壁green leaf，人也不少。水钻只送两个green leaf的早餐，我们就没去。房间的车库很窄，每次倒车我都非常小心。酒店本身位置也不是很好，需要走200米到green leaf坐一个很短的lift，然后滑到希尔顿去坐gondola上山，并不能算ski in ski out

我靠这样吗，但主要是现在连旁边hilton雪季都没积分房了，他把fn退给我我就只能cancel行程了 一点额外补偿都没

那也有可能是为了防止延迟开业把1月初的也取消了？我订的2月中旬还没取消 其他没取消的朋友都订的什么时候啊

我只收到了ytl给20%off的邮件但没收到hilton取消预订的邮件是怎么回事啊？这个预订单还在我的账号里，那我还能用这个fn去订新的酒店吗？不想在二世谷露宿街头…
我fn回来了，预定都还在 我觉得他们现在处理这个事情就是一坨
我的fn还显示的是reserved…
关键是现在二世谷hilton也没标准房，光退房券不管用啊，退了你也订不到comparable stay了，我觉得还是得撕hilton让它提供comparable stay
我订的日子还有标准房 想让他们把fn给我退了让我赶紧hilton占个位置
