你订了什么时候?这个新闻写的hotels set to open at the end of this year, 然后官网写的9/30开始不是hilton了,那是不是就是取消了10.1到年底的预定?
我今年住过kasara 3 晚,建议去住的潭友降低预期。酒店本身服务约等于没有,房间两天一打扫,酒店本身没有公共设施,温泉共用隔壁green leaf,人也不少。水钻只送两个green leaf的早餐,我们就没去。房间的车库很窄,每次倒车我都非常小心。酒店本身位置也不是很好,需要走200米到green leaf坐一个很短的lift,然后滑到希尔顿去坐gondola上山,并不能算ski in ski out
我靠这样吗,但主要是现在连旁边hilton雪季都没积分房了,他把fn退给我我就只能cancel行程了
一点额外补偿都没

那也有可能是为了防止延迟开业把1月初的也取消了?我订的2月中旬还没取消 其他没取消的朋友都订的什么时候啊

关键是现在二世谷hilton也没标准房,光退房券不管用啊,退了你也订不到comparable stay了,我觉得还是得撕hilton让它提供comparable stay
