我记得之前有个帖子是如何搬运代码不被发现。。
只要你的代码所图甚大，那总会从结果上被发现的。
刘迪现在下尿了，不仅是前雇主，还是法务最强的苹果，现在snap也不愿意帮忙，还说配合调查
那还是没我司狠
我感觉可能芯片半导体类的公司比IT业远重视安全合规，根本不给你弄走代码的机会。。。
完了，还是北航的，怕不是FBI也得下场，不限于商业了

雇主肯定是不会帮忙的，利益立场的话甚至更想弄清楚有没有前科。。。就像车保险，如果被追查前保险事故的话，只会涨价甚至拒保，哪儿会帮着躲债的 
看这个哥们还有私照，说不定也上泥潭。遇到这种事也太惨了。。。

趁快要离职的时候把该保存的全都保存难道不是国内公司员工的统一习惯吗？我还见过离职的时候拒绝交出代码的（已部署到线上生产环境， BAT中的某一家）
只是北美职场很不欢迎这个。
seriously？在公司雇佣期间写的代码是属于公司的，这是“欢迎”不“欢迎”的问题吗？

说的好像中国公司就很欢迎一样
这种雇主不会帮忙。看以前其他公司的案例，当事人之后再找工作只能找不同行业或者非常非常小的公司

证据不够铁的话感觉也没用吧
这叫偷窃 不叫保存。一般人最多保存些自己做的 虽然也是不允许的，他下载了上千个保密文件 你说是想干嘛？

Many of the files downloaded by Liu had codenames for Apple projects and described the company’s technology, product design and supply chain, according to the lawsuit.
