申请air canada卡被据了，原因

我看之前都说maximum amount of credit大概是工资的一半，但我现在的total credit line还不到工资的1/3啊，难道是把商业卡的credit line也算上了？
更悲催的是打电话要求从其他卡移credit line批卡，结果没有eligible的卡可以移。ritz/csr有超过15k credit，但说这两种不能移？？
看着别人都是20k, 30k的批卡，我这却卡在了credit line不够，真真切切感受到了低收入的悲催
