搜了一下没找到类似的情况，开个帖子问一下
Rebate收到的$20 VGC是Chase发行的，但激活需要在prepaid.chase.com注册，这个portal和平时的Chase Bank的账户是分开的，然后我就卡在第二步了 
随卡收到的信有Customer Service Passcode，卡上也有Serial Number，但唯独找不到中间这个所谓的Client Passphrase是什么：
试过用Serial Number，或者名字之类的信息，或者随便填，但总是提示“
We are unable to identify you in our records. Please check your information and try again.”……
请问有用过这个portal的大佬能解惑吗？还是只能等下周一工作时间打电话了 
Edit: 打电话自助激活了，至今不知道这个所谓的Client Passphrase是什么……
