Converting a Custom Cash to AA would not have enabled you to transfer your TYP to AA. You need to have a Strata Premier or Strata Elite to transfer TYP to AA. If you were able to convert Custom Cash to AA and you didn’t have the TYP pooled with another TYP earning card, you would in fact lose the 30k points.

Ah sorry… you need to combine the TYP account associated with the Custom Cash with the TYP for your Premier card (calling is probably the easiest way to do this)… then the points will all be in one bucket and can be transferred to AA.

没问题啊打电话把account combine起来只要有一张premier就可以了
