就跟撒切尔夫人做的事情一样吧，房利美房地美本来是创造于金融危机以后，目的是作为金融系统的稳定器，有一定非盈利性质的，但现在政府似乎想把他改造成盈利目的的金融机构。

两房是1930创立的，08之后是部分国有化，但还有流通股在市面上交易。它们也不是铁路这种亏钱项目，每年要给政府交钱的。稳定的不稳定的，这种企业政府没法不指导、不托底。
这种政府卖出部分股份（不是完全私有化）的行动就感觉更像是是给大公司分肥+拿一笔现金，负担一点没少，收益还降低了
