这个好，感谢lz，顺便今天找到了一个大聪明的链接，写着是NLL，但是也有那行语句

“You may not be eligible for a welcome offer, even if you are approved for the Card. If you are not eligible, we will notify you prior to processing your application so you have the option to withdraw your application. See terms for details.”

不知道大佬是否也能找出没有这个语句的
