顺便说一句，Fidelity三周不能卖：
As with any investment, you are free to sell the securities obtained during an IPO whenever you determine it is appropriate for you. However, if you sell within the first 15 calendar days from the start of trading in the secondary market, it will affect your ability to participate in new issue equity public offerings through Fidelity for a defined period of time.
You will be prevented from participating in the IPO process if you are considered a [flipper](javascript:void(0); “flipper”). The defined period of time which you will be prevented from participating depends on how many times you have flipped shares in the past:

Third time: permanent ban from participating in IPO process

这公司基本面行吗？感觉竞争对手有点多啊（ticketmaster, seatgeek…)，不会也是Figma一样的下场吧
承销商是JPM么

这种没啥潜力稳定(bushi 盈利的公司ipo，除了让创始人套现离场，还有什么意义吗
还有让我前manager套现 
可以作为一个风向标，表明现在的市场有泡沫迹象，过度拥抱风险，才让这类公司有机可乘
