我的情况是过去几个月在用bilt pay来付每个月的房租（在rental portal上输入bilt给得routing和account #）。这个月还想用bilt卡来支付我的wells fargo mortgage。 我已经把bilt checking account #和routing#都加到wells fargo房贷账户下而且设置好了每月一号的auto pay。
我的问题是：bilt pay付房租要在bilt app上做授权 然后才能在rental portal上付房租
那么当我用bilt checking 账户付wells fargo房贷时，还需要再次bilt app预授权码？ 如果需要的话，bilt好像只允许每个月付一次房租，而且apt地址还要提交。这样不就没法在同一个calendar month操作了嘛

每个月付多次可以，会有alert, 但什么都不会发生；
一次pre authorization 只要金额足够， 可以被charge多次。
哦 原来是在授权这一块！
假如说我房租是3000 房贷是3000. 总共每月要付6000. 但是bilt只能让我保留那个rental apartment的地址 所以我只要每个月给rental地址授权6000就可以了？是这个意思吗？

我9/23，9/23，9/25，9/26 分了四次從公寓那邊schedule payment (ach from Bilt
9/23，9/23，9/25 改動了Authorization 三次
9/26 這筆剛收到email 顯示processing.. 所以我準備換卡，要第四次改動時候，收到email警告說
Our records indicate that you’ve attempted to make multiple payments through your Bilt account in a single 30-day period.
With Bilt, you can make up to three (3) eligible housing-related payments every 30 days for a single residential property. This allows you flexibility for expenses such as rent, HOA fees, utilities, and internet.
這到底是我只能改動三次？但是能無限schedule 租房網站ach pull Bilt？
不知道是不是這個authorization 觸發的？
但我現在這個9/26 payment is showing processing on Biltside (credit card got charged), 這樣之後還會decline嗎？

我付两个房贷两个hoa一个房租， dp是同一个地址的第二次会触发alert, (dp 来自 1付完房贷后付hoa, 2 付完hoa后再加点同一个房子的hoa) ;
authorization 可以随便改，可以通过改来延长时间， 但也可以等过期了authorize 新的， 多次。
alert 不会导致decline， 但是建议及时转走点数，防止claw back , 没有发生过，但毕竟是在做不让做的事
你收到的邮件看起来是在说另一个要求， 即使是不同的房子，也不能超过三个； 并不是authorization 本身不能改超过三次

就是说每月要求是只能付3 housing related payments, 但你付了5个payments (2房贷,2hoa,1房租）也没事？
我的dp是
同一个房子的第二个就会收到alert,
不同的房子的第一个(但不是当月的第一个bilt支付) 并不会收到alert
所以每个月至少两个alert, 有时候提前付点hoa会收到更多，alert会说这样不行，可能会decline，
去年底request credit increase之前 ， 还需要骑车才能付所有
目前还没出问题
谢了，看来3个限制没那么严，下月也试一下。为了under the radar 一租一贷都没上HOA, 但是AppFolio 每次单独post一笔$2 fee
