大家好，我本身是 HSBC US 美國匯豐 Premier Checking / Savings 客戶，現在想跟未成年子女開一個聯名戶口 Premier for family，但美國匯豐官方網站完全沒有資料，打電話卻全部都是加州職員，說不清楚紐約要求，打去紐約分行無人接聽，親自去紐約分行問卻又說一定要預約，重重困難
所以想在這裡問問大家有沒有類似經驗？謝謝回答
there is a difference of being HSBC Premier customer and HSBC Premier Checking/Savings account owner. If you are a Premier customer (>$100k in assets with HSBC) you should have a branch based relationship manager. If you don’t have one, you may want to call HSBC (or ask HSBC branch) to find out who the manager is. If they say you don’t have one, you just ask to go with the relationship manager in that New York branch. HSBC is all in-person contact now. Even if I only need some service from the front desk I need to make an appointment.

capital one has a joint account (360 savings) where you and your child can be the account owner. your child has its own login and can move money elsewhere.

if you have <$100k with HSBC literally no one there will take care of you. if you have >$100k, talk to the NY branch front desk, ask to talk to the relationship manager (and specifically how to set up an appointment with this relationship manager).
