update: customercare 的回复更不要脸,Accor refund 问题 (Accor的服务拉低了整个世界酒店品牌的水准)

本人定了个accor酒店,定的时候是refundable的,可是因为酒店的房间有柜镜,所以说想要取消然后顶个旁边的accor酒店

可是这个时候确跑出

The 28000 Reward points used for this reservation have expired. They can no longer be refunded in the event of cancellation.

然后去问客服,那个客服就像我要了信息,然后就先不理人,等了很久叫他reply,然后多问了几句他就说

After verification, the points are still refundable.

然后就死活不说话了,也不问还有没有其他问题,再见都不说,主要是accor chat也没办法挂断换人

用private mode有开了个chat,然后就一直显示You will soon be connected with one of our experts

然后就没人来了。accor的客服都这么差的吗?还是因为法国的品牌所以说就是垃圾,这跟美国的品牌比起来居然能把美国品牌比到天上去。

大家知不知道有什么办法cancel然后拿回分数啊?

所以你知道你本来的点数过期日期吗

如果已经过了的话,还是忍受柜镜吧

明年才过期啊,所以说应该是彻底没问题的啊

我之前有一次忘了为啥了,跟某pullman撕逼很生气,我邮件了几个高管还cc了customer care,后来有人联系我给我补偿了几千分

我宰个图看看能不能去投诉

我当时pua他们说我在marriott多年钛金了,刚住你们几次就这么拉,你们什么傻逼玩意儿我弃坑了;特意cc customer care be like 你们也不想让老板发现你们这么拉吧 :yaoming:

翻了一下没找到,accor的广告邮件太多了。。他们高管挺乱的我记不清了,大概是分成不同大区/高地端品牌,你用ai搜一下,反正cc三五个+customer care就行

我当时应该是跟pullman邮件撕逼,然后我就把loop转发给高管了
