联系此员工被告知酒店已经停业，会为我取消今晚和明晚的预订 
我表示我不想取消预订，应该按照到店无房处理安排到其他hyatt酒店并给予赔偿，员工表示爱莫能助。
联系客服他们表示应该找业主方处理，但业主也联系不上，这个员工表示停业通知也是他们突然收到，突然就没工作了

This situation clearly constitutes a case of “No Room Available Upon Arrival” despite having confirmed reservations, which is entirely unacceptable. Moreover, my reservations were cancelled by the hotel without my consent, and I was unable to reach any responsible representative for assistance.
I therefore request:

Full compensation for this unacceptable experience; and

Immediate rebooking assistance at a nearby Hyatt property in Shenzhen under the same rate or equivalent accommodation.
Please treat this matter with urgency and respond as soon as possible. I have been a loyal Hyatt guest, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally.
