看到 汽车lease付完后信用骤降30分
最近准备换房子 发现提前还车贷会影响信用分，那房贷也会有影响吗，有没有过来人说说经验啊
我房子贷款前3个月把车贷还完，信用分数没有降低

出于一些原因提前还完了房贷，分数下降了20分
update一下， 还完了房贷之后一周 今天发现信用分降低了27分
refi之后，旧的还清了，新的还没post到信用局，分数降了20多分
