昨天晚上用amazon买的sim激活,选好plan,缴费,成功。
然后接着用amex通过短信充PAYG,显示order processing。一直到今天还没通过,email客服说order被cancel了,没通过security check blablabla…尝试再次text order,自动回复说有一个pending order,不能重复下单。
刚刚又email联系客服,得到下面的回复:
“We regret to inform you that your recent order has been canceled as a result of our internal verification procedures. Consequently, your account has been suspended and no further orders will be processed.
Please understand that, for security reasons, we are unable to disclose specific details regarding this action.
If you believe this action was taken in error or would like to request a review, you are welcome to contact us at +1-866-377-0294.”
电话永远没人接,响了几声就说客服正忙,就被挂断。
Reddit上也是类似的问题抱怨很多,还有人被封号之后都没法port out,30几年的号码都没法继续使用了。说是Tello现在基本上没有人工客服,全部是AI….
问题来了,准备回国长期收短信使用,除了Tello,大家的第二选择是什么?
