请问我在Walmart买了iPhone13, with straight walk。 今天我跟TracFone 要rebrand to TracFone. They told me the phone has eligibility issue. The imei number is not an iPhone and the activation cannot go through. What should I do? Any suggestions?
I checked IMEI online and it showed it is iPhone 13. I do not know what the issue is to activate it on tracfone
I was told the iPhone was not scanned properly at Walmart. So I went to Walmart and they returned my phone ( ordered it online and picked it from local), and repurchased the phone ( they can’t find another iPhone 13).
However when I tried to activate it again via chat with TracFone, they still told me the imei still belongs to Walmart and asked me to rescan it again at Walmart.
What is going on? Confused. Why it is so hard to activate a iPhone. Anyone has the same experience before?
walmart没扫对，两个条码都要扫。现在系统里面是stolen的状态
回去再重新买，找mobile柜台帮你弄，一般checkout register（包含walmart+ delivery）操作都是错误的，无法正常激活tracfone系产品

That is weird. It is the mobile department manager who helped me. He even looked into inventory, trying to find a new iPhone 13 for me. However nothing left. I saw him scanned two barcodes by using his hand to block the other half. He knows what he is doing. He also explained this may not work, so he suggested me to return the phone to a store who has iPhone 13.
