A: 加了au之后不需要enroll 也会在主用户的chase app里面拿AU的QR code,可以进sapphire lounge and other pp lounges like an actual pp QR code. 问题是我爸在LGA 被说AU PP 不能带guest，非常奇怪。

A: Download the new priority pass+ app and register there using your digital pass number (or use the 4 digit code)
Q: Why am I getting a “record not matching” error when attempting to register for PP for my AUs?
A: if you added two or more AUs on the same day, there’s a high chance their names all got messed up and doesn’t match what’s in your Chase app’s au pass section. When registering, try using AU1’s name, then if that doesn’t work, flip the first and last name. If that doesn’t work, try AU2’s name, then if that doesn’t work flip the first and last name, etc. Also try all caps instead of just capitalizing the first letter. So for Bob Smith, try Bob Smith, BOB SMITH, and SMITH BOB, and Smith Bob. This replyhas more details.
Q: Why is it showing au1 with pp id 1234 on the overview screen but when I click in, the QR code is for AU2?
A: common issue, source of truth is the actual QR code I think. This happens if you add the AUs too fast. Space them out by a day and you won’t encounter this.

A: 如果没注册pp账号的话,先给每个AU注册一个pp 号. 没有收到信的话没问题,用新的priority pass+ app 可以直接用号码注册.
注册账号的时候可以输入名字, 在这里你把First Name 和Surname 填好, using the chase qr code info as the source of truth.
注册完之后登入,然后会看见账号名字,如果账号名字和qr code 上的名字不一样,打电话给pp 客服 18003522834 叫他们update both “name” and “name on the membership card” fields to match. pp客服改完之后, chase app里面的pp qr code 的名字会自动update [edit: I just tried calling on 2/19/26, they say they can’t change it, only chase can]
Q: My AU didn’t bring their au ritz card, only showed the priority pass qr code to sapphire lounge, why is he getting an error saying “The guest made a Sapphire Lounge by The Club Visit on [earlier date] and is not qualified for complimentary entry today”?
A: Because AU PP is set up incorrect inside the PP system, it’s treated as a standard PP and not a ritz PP, even if the app says “ritz au”. As a result, it seems like you can only go to 1 sapphire lounge a year if you don’t bring your physical ritz card. To be on the safe side, have your AUs bring their physical ritz credit cards if they plan on visiting sapphire lounges more than once per year.
Q: Do the AUs have the ability to bring 2 guests for free?
A: Tried it at LGA sapphire lounge and they said the pp QR code won’t let them add any guests, not sure if that’s BS by the lounge worker. Other people reported success bringing in guests using the AU PPS

A: I think this is caused by Chase periodically sending updated AU info to pp, sometimes causing the account to get unregistered and you have to register again. Use the number on the Chase QR code, and the name on there. If it says record not match, try typing the name in all caps, or try flipping the first and last name, or try flipping then all caps.
