好像ritz拿的还没过期的pp卡还是能无限带人 刚刚带了3个guests
A few new developments:
My AU1 got un-registered, putting in the email while logging in on the plus app asks for the full card number and name, which results in record no match error. The other way to register is via a 12 digit activation code, but the letter from last month with the pp card only had a 4 digit code, so can’t use that either. Hopefully the physical pp card still works.
Edit: found out they swapped the first and last name of AU1, and everything is all caps. wtf are they doing
AU2 and AU3 registered via the plus app a few weeks ago, today I logged in successfully and found out their names have switched to match the chase app pp QR code names, instead of the initial registration names, what a shit show.

同问。麻烦有空帮忙确认第三位客人是否收费。谢谢。
给大家一个hint
chase app里面那个au pps 二维码可以直接扫出来 文本，里面有名字，那个名字就是进pps真的会check的名字
（反正这个名字和我的pps plus app对不上）

and i still see AU2 and AU3 have discrepancies where the QR code name doesn’t match the account name, ugh.
let me try to call them and sort it out
pp customer support says they cant do anything and i have to call chase, on the phone with chase now
chase ritz support line wrote down my issue and submitted an internal ticket, sigh
what im gonna do, since AU2 needs to use the qr code, is to screenshot the correct QR code that has the wrong AU 3 name on screen, and photoshop the AU3 name to change it to match the QR code name, so AU2 can get into lounges.

不用ps 直接把你需要的那个名字的对应二维码 扫就行，app的名字不重要。亲测两个账号了

对的。其实只要二维码上的名字跟登机牌上的对上就行了。ps或者chase app里的名字不重要。不过最新dp：父母在广州白云机场进休息室被要求出示实体卡。又说二维码是截图。。。又说不一定能扫出来。结果当然是扫出来了乖乖放人进去

不收费 我根本没有给信用卡 也没有看到ritz卡上有任何transaction

what is the exact wording of the letter? thats news to me, if they are saying you won’t get a digital card either

等等看看，我11月升的卡，生之前已设有au 。升卡后主动(w/o my request) 寄来主卡的pps实体卡。

插个话, 一件一直没搞懂，走钢索的操作，如鲠在喉
我曾注册过一pps (我的信用卡benefit, 没有卖
), 结果 pps app 里的 QR 是朋友的名字，但加进 apple wallet 里的QR就显示我的名字。 我拿 apple wallet 进过ok, 我朋友用他pps app 也进过ok, 整不会了。
edit: 我是指 digital card 上 QR code下方显示的名字, 不是指QR 扫出来的文本(没扫过不知QR文本显示了什么)
