注意：
- LinkedIn现在有订阅的redeem不了。需要等现在的会员结束。如果是按月的可以取消等下个月redeem。
- Redeem后LinkedIn会员是按月发放的。提前取消就会收不到之后的会员。建议设置一年后提醒取消。

除了LinkedIn 这次加码 还升级了 之前 MS 365 个人版 到 MS 365 Premium 这个Premium是包含完全AI功能 和 家庭版一样的最多6人使用
除了basic plan 如果现在已经有365订阅 有效期会保留的基础上加一年 并且把现有plan升级到premium （官方解释）
注意：加1年激活后还是最多5年 比如你现在有效期到2030年6月1日 今天2026年1月15日激活后 现有plan升级到premium并加1年 但有效期只到2031年1月15日而不是2031年6月1日
