Viator的billing center是哪里，收境外手续费吗

求助 有没有以前买过Viator的能否post一下merchant address，想看看billing center在哪里。只有不免境外手续费的信用卡收到了cash back promo，怕被反薅foreign transaction fee​

问Viator客服要billing center address不给 说是扣USD但有的银行可能会把它家划成international company，只一个劲地问要不要帮我结账
