- You must open your first Spending Account using the offer code (Spend150/Spend200/Spend300). You must open your first Ally Bank Spending Account no later than 05/31/2026. Your initial funding does not need to be the qualifying direct deposit and may come from another source due to timing.
You must set up qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $1,000 per month for two consecutive calendar months into your new Spending Account.
