在BILT脱离WELLS FARGO之前，LZ一直是用Zelle交房租的(住在HOBOKEN 2B1B 每个月1000

这时候只需要把zelle截图给BILT就可以拿到积分了 -
BILT脱离WELLS FARGO之后，LZ也机缘巧合之下搬去了曼哈顿2b1b，房租也悲惨的涨到了1300
同时，房东也让付房租的方式变成了payroll deduction
这时候，需要每个月paycheck出来之后，把扣房租的那部分截图发给BILT，就可以获得积分了，但是要扣除BILT CASH -
今天收到邮件内容如下：
As your landlord does not accept a Bilt-supported payment method (Venmo, check, or online payment portal), you are eligible to earn Bilt Points on rent paid through an alternative method (e.g. Zelle). Going forward, lease verification and monthly point claims can be submitted directly through the Bilt Concierge, rather than through our support team.
Here’s how it works
Step 1: Upload your lease (one-time)
Message the concierge in the Bilt app and let them know you’d like to claim points for an off-platform rent payment. The concierge will ask you to upload a PDF of your lease. Verification can take up to 60 seconds, and once your lease is on file you won’t need to upload it again until it expires.
Step 2: Submit your monthly claim
Each month, message the concierge with the amount of rent you paid along with a screenshot of the payment, and we’ll process your claim from there. You’ll receive the points as you normally would if the payment were made on the Bilt platform.
A few things to know
You can submit one claim per calendar month and claims must be at or below your monthly rent stated on your lease. Once your lease expires, you’ll need to upload a new one to our concierge. This allows you to keep earning points if your new landlord only accepts payment methods Bilt doesn’t support.
LZ已经上传了lease，需要5-7天审核。估计审核完之后可以通过APP每个月要积分了。应该还是要扣BILTCASH的。
