amex商白说resubmit cancelled application要30天是什么新规矩吗？

3月7号申上一张商白

5月21号冲300k NLL因为1/90被直接cancel

今天试图resubmit这个cancelled application被客服直接告知要等申请30天后才能resubmit？

这是什么新规矩吗还是客服在上树？ :yaoming:

Update: 果然是上树，huca后第二个客服resubmit已approve，看有没有300k吧
