昨天申请了一张Amex business blue plus, 结果先是pending，然后就是这个：
We regret we are unable to approve your application. The reason for our decision is we have approved multiple Cards for you within the last few months and you have reached the maximum number of Cards we will approve within a short period of time.
问题是我只有一张amex卡还是十几年前申请的blue cash啊。。。给p2p3倒是过去三个月审了四张希尔顿，但都不在我名下，是Amex看IP搞错了么？这种能不能recon啊？
