是否存在不受相关政策影响的专业

今日与此君偶遇闲聊，聊到对于未来的规划，我说我根据最近找博后和工业界工作的经验，科研经费在领域内的短缺，以及最近政策的变化，基本决定下个月开始找国内工业界的工作了。此君的规划是在美国找博后教职h1b，并认为最近政策变动是暂时的，中期选举过后一切都会好起来。

我问到如果以后招生不招中国学生不找国际学生了不会对你的研究进度产生影响？他说都来美国了还跟中国人玩儿多boring（他陆本），且他所在专业中国人的优势并不突出且没有“深刻的洞察”，好的工作都是美国人欧洲人在做，中国人只会使用数学工具水论文。

我自己是工科出身的，个人体验是从本科到博士，美国同学基本上抄作业都抄不对，被此君指出是“身边统计学”。请问见多识广的谈有，这种专业广泛存在于哪些学科？我想了解一下。

不会，现在这届政府是短视的，不会想那么多对谁有影响。都是先搞再说。然后有人找上门来了再看看能不能做变通，所以简单来说现在的一切政策并不是针对特定行业专业。
