眼看着booster打了已经快半年了，有点纠结要不要打第四针。目前NYC上升又很严重，实验室里每周的报告显示周围确诊人数也直线上升，直逼之前最高点。纠结的点在于，第二针打完反应特别严重，有轻微过敏症状。第三针打完当晚吃了泰诺还好。
都打了三针了，不差第四针。

我个人似乎防了感染，或者防到了没有症状antigen一直阴性的程度…
今天看到个新闻，说是对50岁以上的人CDC的口径已经从“has the option of the additional shot” 转变成“should receive a second booster dose at least 4 months after their first”

看第六页和第七页。面对omicron加强针防止有症状感染的有效率惨不忍睹。三针辉瑞10周以后跳水到50%，20周以后基本没有保护。两针辉瑞+一针Moderna稍好一些，但好得不多。目前看来效果最好的三针moderna面对omicron，在10周以后防感染的有效率也就50%这样。

那和我的体验倒是也不矛盾，我打完第三针moderna之后三四周，大概密接了一个星期也没染上，其他5个人都得了……
也许感觉应该3个月一个booster

三针moderna还是厉害的，大概打完三四周还有60%+的有效率，不过你密接一星期也没染上也算是运气不错了。

打针就和戴套一样，是保护措施，当然去打了
可能等冬天打更好一些
现在打了冬天可能就不能打了（除非开放第五针
冬天疫情更重，更需要保护

确实，Guideline里面也说
Even if you are eligible for a 2nd booster, you may consider waiting to get a 2nd booster if you:
- Feel that getting a 2nd booster now would make you not want to get another booster in the future (a 2nd booster may be more important in fall of 2022, or if a new vaccine for a future COVID-19 variant becomes available)
