事情是这么开始的。
先来一个Q&A:
Q1: 为什么要办韩国签证？
A1: 1. 旅游 2. 为了回国多一条线路。如果要经停韩国，(非美籍) 需要有签证入境做核酸
Q2: 我所在的城市没有使馆，或者我所在城市的使馆不给办多次，怎么办？
A2: （存疑）根据目前现有的数据点，似乎只能飞到洛杉矶的使馆办理这一条路，或者等其他使馆开放政策
信息与数据点整理：
韩国在美一共14个使馆（这个链接显示14，这个显示13，唯一多出来的是费城的使馆，已经有小伙伴去过了），我将韩使馆网站收集到的信息还有论坛里的小伙伴分享的帖子整理了一下，按照区域/使馆排列：

Note: 邮寄办理需要护照和美签的公证件。其中对于护照的公证件只接受以下地区的公证章：Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico.
2023年7月开始(邮寄申请)：A proof document that the applicant is living within our consular jurisdiction - Bank Statement, Utility bills, etc. (issued within last 3 months)
2023年12月开始(邮寄或肉身)：If the applicant has more than two nationalities and the country where K-ETA applies to one of them, please use that passport to enter the Republic of Korea with K-ETA instead of applying for a visa.

，需要付现金。美签过期最多只能给两次入境的，有效美签可以给多次入境。
