美国在哪里可以买卖small business?

看到这个帖子大呼过瘾 大开眼界:

于是我就在想,如果我也想买一个local small business,我应该去哪买?我说的不是高大上的VC/PE那种,你可以想象一下假设我想买的是一家书店或者一家停车场这种并不fancy不可能上市的小生意。按说应该有很多小生意是一个主要人物做起来的,然后也许哪天他老了想退休了、恰好他孩子又对这生意不感兴趣、那他有可能就会想把这生意卖掉。应该存在一个平台来买卖生意吧。同理如果哪天我嫌麻烦一个生意不想做了我应该去哪找买家?

这种载体都是基于地皮铺面的吧,所以realtor应该是大部分这种买卖中介人?

有网站,比如bizbuysell这类的,但是好的生意听说私底下有中介介绍。

有一说一我最近就想出手自己的一个cashflow biz,精力好放在偏软件一点的freight tech startup上面,lz要是找到了比较靠谱的麻烦踢一下我,目前在和两三个意向买家接触,也是比较小规模的(<2M ARR,20% margin,一个月3-4w EBIT)

不是asset-heavy(又没有别的一些条件,比如regulation/franchise) 的small biz一般都有个问题,公司价值大量依赖人力资本,经常就是founder自己的人脉,knowhow,加上劳动才能带来收入,接盘之后很容易盘不活 :yaoming:

当然我也没有真的接过这种盘,欢迎有经验的老哥分享一下 :heart_hands:

我超想组团去日本买公司很久了,相比美国公司日本公司极其便宜而且甚至上市公司都有很多是财力范围内的,不知道论坛里有没有意愿组团就是,配备HK身份还能方便地方银行2%利率日元贷款购买

美国这边的公司普遍税贵而且估值也高

如果有利可图的话 那些大公司 VC早就一窝蜂的上了 怎么可能轮到打工人捡漏 :yaoming:

我之前就提过一个idea,组pe,然后去日本收购那些经营良好但是下一代没有接班意愿的local family business,然后merge + rebranding

SMB体量太小,PE不会接手的,所以small cap低估值的只要财报真实是有很多机会的

前两年我记得有个叫microacquire的平台,就是做这个的
