我的csr是2016年9月开的，今年因为诸多原因，$300 travel credit还没有用，
1，是不是我在12月statement出来以前花了300，还算做今年的travel credit？
2，近期实在没有什么出行计划，如果充值ua的travel bank，能报销吗？
3，我在ua travel bank付款页面最下面看到一段小字
“ 3 |Agree and purchase
Your bank may apply a credit card conversion fee. By selecting “Purchase now”, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions."
这个conversion fee是什么东东？

我查了，我是"$0 of $300 used"
另外，我有看到这样的字眼”Your next year’s $300 annual travel credit will begin after your statement closing date in 12/2023“
实在不行充 fastrak
这也太默认是加州了。充个ezpass行不行
理论上toll tag应该都可以
即无fastrak，也无ezpass，怎么办？ 
充我账号里吧，$100收
坐西南航空吗？可以充点，反正不过期
