VGC 属于 non-traceable 的 fund，少量完成季度消费，交税，支付正常保险账单等影响不大，但是去 load 其他 bank 例如 one 之类的，有可能导致被杀账户后 report 给联邦金融机构，导致境外 签证申请遭到额外调查，以及 dhs 上门质问风险，强烈不建议进行大量的 mo，vgc load bank 等交易，特别是要注意被 fintech 杀后上报 fincen 风险，dhs 上门风险

现在超市，药店 5% 季度买 vgc / mgc 盗刷严重，导致各种风控，平常以往能刷的，很多也刷不过去了。写一个总结贴，希望能把升级的 bcp，edp，还有 freedom，discover 碰到的季度都顺利花出去。
总结的 DP 可能变化，建议买 vgc / mgc 之前看一下最近的 DP:
1. 付保险
a) Progressive 可以分开刷，不管是新 quote 还是 renew
b) Geico
2. 交税
a) Simon VGC
Simon Mall 买 VGC 交税 DP
b) 其他 VGC / MGC
能注册地址 zip 的 VGC / MGC 一般对 online 支持比较好，貌似可以刷过
5128 的 MGC 有可能可以付 ACI 和 Pay1040，付 PayUsaTax fail 了因为 zip code error

实在不行，一般 load amazon 算是各种刷不过避免盗刷的无奈之举了，但是由于 amazon gc 现在买不了 gc，可以囤成超市 gc 或者 dining gc

现在我的推荐是，别买GC来MS了

超市 (吃饭，加油不推荐，容易被盗刷，然后加油有的还要 deduct 大额的预扣)。超市 vgc/mgc 换成油卡，uber gc 看情况用了，有时候有做活动买 xx 第三方 gc 减免的，也能赚点超市点。
10. 加入 paypal / venmo 刷
貌似已死，paypal加不了vanilla vgc
11. 交房租
房租也不一定稳，反正最近到处乱封杀

有时候并不是 bin 被 ban 了，可能是超市或者 bank 增加了额外的防盗刷措施，新卡短期 decline 多次可能锁卡。DP: 5456 的 mgc 买回来等了超市设置的 1 小时，刷 aci，被 decline 了多次显示 card frozen，电话换卡，第一次 fedex 寄到，打电话自动激活的时候说 card 不能用，二次换卡 usps 普邮寄到，很慢，还是 5456 的 mgc，刷 aci 一次 500 成功
