这个利率在币安很正常。在btc涨时，usdt usdc利率都很高。

活动仅剩 24 天了，如果有 10% 且 100k 话，大约价值 $455.147，或者千分之 4.55

100000 * (1+12%-4.33%)^(24/365) - 100000 =455.147

这个是有circle补贴的 不是因为合约借贷杠杆导致的短时间利率突增

这种情况circle赖账了交易所也不会欠用户的利息，得先垫。风险和收益来源不同，风险还是交易所倒闭的counterparty risk，收益是circle在美股市场坑股民的钱，是很好的mispricing（正常情况下高利息高风险直接相关）
