最近被Citi关了4张信用卡。TYP全部被废了。
还有2张Strata Elite收了595的年费，其中一张一笔都没有刷，另一张只刷了3块钱，citi拒绝退还年费，怕送collection就交了。
多次沟通并File CFPB， OCCOCC， DFPI的complaint被无视了。
打算走法律途径。之前有一个Gao v JPMorgan 的case打赢了，chase应该是按照当时UA里程售价赔款了。这个class action我也是target victim并收到chase的补偿了。之前被茶色forfeit了9万点数好像分两笔总共赔了我$3000左右。
按理来说Citi也应该按照 AA里程的零售价赔款了，也就是$75.25 per 2,000。打算联系下那个律所，有一起组团的兄弟不？律所链接如下。

The lawsuit, which alleged that Chase improperly closed credit card accounts and forfeited rewards points, was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
理由不是重点，重点是有类似的case不能直接forfeit点数。
