加了两个副卡 在1月份request了 sm里面也回复发了pps卡 结果1个多月没收到 再过去sm问 收到下面回复 这是客服跑火车呢 还是真的？副卡电子卡怎么用？ 根本没有提供pps卡号啊

Priority Pass Select membership of two of your authorized
users.
e would like to share that starting January 2026,
no new or replacement physical Priority Pass Select
membership cards will be issued.
Also, the physical membership cards issued before January
2026 remain valid until their expiration date. Once your
current card expires, you can start using your Digital
Membership Card.
On the other hand, the Priority Pass Select membership
card is now available in the Chase Mobile(R) app.(1)
To view your Digital Membership Card and find lounge
details, such as locations, hours and amenities, go to
Benefits & travel, select Explore lounges, and tap See
Digital Membership Card. You’ll also find Digital
Membership Cards for any authorized users on your account
in this section.
