感觉靠着谈心我小Discoverist订的普通积分房间成功有了一点儿城景，两间房离得很近，且入住当天12点多成功提早check in进了一间房，要求都满足了。 可能是这次运气好

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is …, and I have booked 2 rooms at Grand Hyatt Tokyo from … to … with confirmations # and # on the Hyatt website.
Our family has lived in Hyatt several times before and really liked the experience. This time, for our family trip and our first time in Japan, we are really looking forward to the experience and our stay in the beautiful Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
As we have booked 2 rooms, I just want to check in to see if our 2 rooms can be placed together or at least as close to each other as possible. Also, if possible, as this is the first time we have been to Tokyo, we want to have our room on the higher floor with some view of the Tokyo city.
Moreover, I am currently planning our schedule and see the check-in time is at 3:00 pm. I want to request if we can have an earlier check-in at 12:00 pm or 1 pm if possible as this will help our tourism in the afternoon.
I understand that at the end of the year, being a luxury hotel in Tokyo, Hyatt must have been filled up fast, but still, I believe it may help to reach out to you to see whether these requests could be fulfilled, and if lucky enough, to make our 2 days stay unforgettable. Hope this stay will keep my loyalty to Hyatt in the future.
